Lack of housing affordability is having significant impact on the ability of local economies to attract workers and on local government’s ability to deliver services. This conference examines these issues and more – from the impact on retail trade to the boom in illegal rooming houses, from the ageing of the population to rate backlashes. This conference is must for key decision makers in local government, councillors, senior managers, including statutory, strategic & social planners; economic development officers; property managers; environmental health officers; place-makers; housing officers and finance managers.

This conference is a partnership between the Community Housing Federation of Victoria and the Housing and Local Government Network. The Conference is proudly supported by mecu Ltd.
