Toby Archer

Toby Archer is Policy and Liaison Worker at the Tenants Union of Victoria. His role involves policy analysis and development, research and advocacy to improve the status, rights and conditions of all tenants in Victoria.  The TUV was a member of the Victorian Government's Rooming House Standards Taskforce examining the proliferation of illegal rooming houses in Victoria. Toby is also a Councillor at the City of Moreland.
