CHFV Training Dates

Introduction to Community Housing Courses

The one and a half day Introduction to Community Housing Courses will be held on:

Day 1(9.30am – 4.00pm ) : 11th November 2008.

Day 2(9.30am – 1.00pm ) : 17th November 2008.

Venue:  CHFV

Cost   :  Free to member organisations.

RTA Refresher Forums

CHFV will be running two RTA refresher forums to Tenancy Workers who have completed the CHFV half day introduction to the Residential Tenancies Act and or the Bendigo Institute of TAFE Residential Tenancies Act Courses.

• Tuesday 2nd September, 2008. Refresher forum on the Rooming House Provisions of the RTA.

• Tuesday 23rd September, 2008. Refresher forum on the Residential Tenancies Act (non RH provisions).

Time  :  9.30am – 12.30pm

Venue:  CHFV

Cost   :  There is a non-refundable fee inclusive of GST of $33.00 (CHFV members) & $55.00 (non-members) per forum for each participant. 

Places are strictly limited. Morning tea will be provided mid session.

Conflict Resolution  Training

Date:           Tuesday 25 November 2008

Time:           1.00 pm-4:30pm ( afternoon tea will be provided)

Venue:        Level 8, 128 Exhibition St, Melbourne 3000

Cost:           $33 (members) or $55 (non members) per forum. GST inclusive

CODA Training

CHFV is running CODA Training focusing on property maintenance.

Date:           Tuesday 2 December 2008

Time:           9:30am-4:00pm (Morning, afternoon tea and lunch will be provided)

Venue:        Training choice, Level 3, 455 Bourke St, Melbourne (click here to see map)

Cost:           $33 (GST inclusive )

Coping with Change Training

Date:           Tuesday 9 December 2008

Time:           9.30 am-12:30 pm ( morning tea will be provided)

Venue:        Level 8, 128 Exhibition St, Melbourne 3000

Cost:           $33 (members) or $55 (non members) per forum. GST inclusive
