Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to employees of member organisations and their immediate family, and provides a free professional counseling service through IPS Worldwide.  This is a completely confidential service.

The EAP can provide help with: 

• Work Issues
  Problems with performance, relationships between co-workers, managing conflict, manager coaching, adjusting to change, handling work stress, making career choices and dealing with traumatic events
• Personal Issues
  Stress management, grief and loss, family Issues, work-life balance and concerns about children.

Please call 1300 36 1008 for all EAP counseling services and after hours emergency telephone support.
