Full Time Tenancy Worker

Salvation Army Social Housing (SASHS) Network is a well established and highly regarded organisation providing housing and support services in the Western Metropolitan Region.

 

SASHS has a range of programmes including Tenancy Management, HIR, SHASP, Long Term Community Housing and Youth Accommodation Support. 

 

We are seeking a Temporary Full Time Tenancy Worker to join our committed team in the Sunshine Office.

 

The position is within the Tenancy Team, managing a portfolio of properties and working with a range of targeted support services within the Transitional Housing Management Programme.

 

The position is for a period of up to 13 months with the possibility of a further 12 months on review at the end of November 2009.

 

The applicant will need to have an understanding of the Community Housing Sector, people at risk of or experiencing homelessness issues and a working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

 

Optional Benefits include Salary Packaging and a monthly RDO.
