PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Communicating and presenting effectively is one of the skills that staff and management struggle with more than any other. Surveys consistently identify public speaking as the greatest common fear. This impedes the ability of an organisation to reach high levels of performance. Poor communication can damage morale, waste time and produce ineffective results. This course help people to realise that communication does not end having said something, rather it ends when the recipient understands the message and intent. Participants learn to appreciate the ‘audience’ and develop the flexibility in style and manner to present the message in their ‘language.

TIME MANAGEMENT
The modern area is characterized by a perception of busy-ness. Global communications have led to a proliferation of interruptions, mobile phones, email, fax, sms, not to mention old favourites like snail mail and staff interruptions and requests. All this in a time where productivity gains and doing ‘more with less’ are mantras. This can quickly lead to a sense of overwhelm and stress. This course provides tools and skills to make it happen.
